Something Nice For Kids wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Our policy If you are not happy, we will gladly exchange/refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. What's the catch? You need to make sure that the product you are returning is in a new and unused condition. What if I change my mind or the item I bought was for a gift? If you have changed your mind or you bought the item as a gift for someone and its the wrong size, we will gladly accept exchanges for other products or sizes in the something nice for kids collection, but cannot issue a refund. Please contact Customer Care for more information. Your purchase was custom made? All care is taken to ensure that your personalised canvas arrives in a good condition. Personalised canvases cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Non-personalised canvases can be returned for a refund/exchange providing they are received at Customer Care in a new and unused condition. What is the process to return your purchase? 1.
