What are the Terms and Conditions  In these Terms and Conditions, "you" means you the customer and "we" means somethingniceforkids. In addition to your order, these Terms and Conditions form the contract between you for the supply of products and Somethingniceforkids. This contract cannot be varied unless we agree to revise it in writing.

Sales  We sell and will make deliveries to Australia wide and overseas (excluding delish arwork for overseas until further notice).

Product Descriptions Somethingniceforkids and its partners attempt to be as accurate as is possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions, or other product related content on this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. If a product you purchase on somethingniceforkids.com.au is not as described, you have the option of returning the product in its original condition. Please review our general returns and exchange policy below for return/exchange policy.

Colours of Products We have to our best ability to display as accurately as is possible the colours of the products shown on this site. Occasionally, because colours depend on you monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour in the true and accurate format.


What is our general returns and exchange policy?  We, at somethingniceforkids, want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days once you receive your item. The items must be returned to somethingniceforkids in a new, unused condition.Sale items and pre-ordered items are non-refundable, and all sales become final 14 days after you have received the item. Pre-orders are gladly exchanged for an other item with you in-store credit.

Artemis Creations Canvas returns: All care is taken to ensure that your personalized canvas arrives in a good condition. Personalised canvases cannot be returned for exchange or refund but non-personalised canvases can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Placing your Order: To order online, simply select shop by department from the menu bar appearing on the left hand side of the screen. You can shop by: Just arrived, Baby Girl, Baby Boy, Infant Girl, Infant Boy, Little Girls, Little Boys, Tween Girls, Tween Boys, Accessories, Bedroom, Designer, Pre-order and Sale items. 

Once you click on a department, you will have a range of images appearing on the right hand side of the menu bar. Click on the text under the image to view the full product description, sizing, price and availability. (To view alternative views of the item when available in the product description page, click on the image under the main image). Alternatively, to shop by designer. Click on the designers from the menu bar on the left hand side.You can view each designers collection and select your purchase in the same way described above. When you have finished shopping, you can then start the check out process by clicking checkout in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Payment:  We accept the following methods for payment: 

• Credit card (VISA/Mastercard) and PAYPAL.
