How to return/exchange?
We will gladly exchange/refund your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order. What's the catch? You need to make sure that the product you are returning is in a new and unused/undamaged condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
What if the item I bought was for a gift?
If you have changed your mind or you bought the item as a gift for someone and its the wrong size, we will gladly accept exchanges for another size, but cannot issue a refund to the recipient of the delivery. Please contact Customer Care for more information.
Your purchase was custom made?
Your custom made experience should be special. Each custom made item and designer is assessed for their level of workmanship and quality. We will not permit poor quality custom made items to leave our premises, we will notify you by email if this happens.
If once you receive your custom made order, you find that it still doesn't fit, we will try to accomodate you by either offering an exchange for another item in the Something Nice For Kids Collection or issue you a credit for 50% of the cost of the item. Please contact Customer Care for more information.
How to make the return/exchange?
Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 60 days of receiving your order through your Customer Care contact us page within 60 days of receiving your order, and then specify the new size you require.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.
RECEIVING YOUR RMA
- Sign into your account and under My Account, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
- Contact the Customer Care team at contact us. Fill in your first and last name, your email address and your request for returning/exchanging your purchase.
- Customer Care will prepare a Returns Merchandise Advice (RMA) number and send it to your nominated email address.
- Attach the Returns Advice and post in a weather proof envelope by Australia Post to:Customer Care

- When the goods are received in their new and unused condition with the returns merchandise advice, Customer Care will confirm our receipt and then issue you with your refund/exchange/credit.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card/Paypal account/bank account and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
